Anyone use cialis how continued?

I was wondering, for those that use Cialis, how continued you own been taking it, and is it still as able as when you started? I'm concerned approximately it losing effectiveness over time and having no other options. I'm 23 and concerned approximately this. I own a physical reason of my ED, but I'm looking to put this tolerance body up affair to rest. Any input would be appreciated. Should i expect to be able to take this as continued as i charge with success? I'm on 5mg daily. sometimes i use a 20mg
