The email is sending you to a website for you to direct.. However some will direct and some are sending you to a Canadian drug pharmacy for Viagra and Cialis. How can I stop this?

That problem is not caused by any type of virus or adware on your machine. At some point someone obtained your ID and password and took all your contacts.
